I know the title sounds depressing, but I got video showcasing a work-flow to have your character crying in UE4. It should be part of the MB-Lab Character Study project soon which you can find on GitHub.

I have put together 3 videos which highlight 3 methods of lip sync using the workflow project I created. You can lip sync audio manually using papagayo or automatically using pocketsphinx or rhubarb.
